We enjoyed a tram ride yesterday. The children were playing on the little museum tram in this picture.

Spring Bank Holiday weekend...a week off school...the new kitchen goes in this week...I will be mostly out of the way!

Yesterday we seemed to get loads done...I painted a second coat on the ceiling while J re plumbed the kitchen. The kids played out in the garden and the adjoining field - we were lucky to have a gorgeous sunny day yesterday.  I went out for a little walk in the local woods with M & R and the lack of an oven and hob meant having a bbq at tea time...yay for sunshine.

It's been a bit hectic around here for a couple of weeks.  We are in the midst of a kitchen revamp, so I haven't kept up to date with Project 52.  Playing catch up now...

In this picture the children were helping to empty all the cupboards (into their mouths) so we could dismantle everything.

It's not always sweetness and light.  They can be incredibly mischievous...
